Our more than twenty years of experience is witnessed also in equipment and machinery which demonstrate Algo’s productive architecture that depends on the most innovative technologies. Our department is proud of its highly-advanced machines that include injection and compression moulding machines (both horizontal and vertical), deburring machines, turning machines and milling machines. Moulds are designed and made by our highly-qualified personnel in our workshop. We pay constant attention to international standards and researches regarding materials allowed to be used in the fields of automobiles, gas, potable water, food and medicine. Besides, our production processes are done with systems which make it possible to have a timely and precise control of the final product quality. Specialised departments run by highly-qualified personnel who control and monitor each single phase of the production process. For our production processes we use raw materials, compounds, and technopolymers that are in conformity with the following standards and specifications: DVGW, NSF, KTW, BGVV,WRC,WRAS, FDA, ACS. The compounds include: FKM - FFKM - FVMQ - VMQ - ECO - ACM - HNBR -XHNBR - NBR - EPDM - CR - NR – SBR. The polymers include: PEEK, PTFE (pure and filled), PU, POM, PA, TPU, CANVAS RUBBER, and other items based on the client’s special request.
